Charting the Course
-
Everyone brings their own unique experiences, challenges, and strengths to therapy. In this phase, we explore the dynamics of your life, relationships, and personal history. Whether you’re navigating individual struggles, relational conflicts, or family patterns, this step helps us build a clear understanding of where you are and what you need.
-
Once we understand the context it's about equipping you with practical strategies to foster growth and healing. We’ll work together to strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and develop skills to manage challenges—whether as an individual finding balance, a couple repairing bonds, or a family striving for harmony.
-
True transformation happens when you integrate what you’ve learned into your daily life. This phase focuses on sustaining progress, empowering you to navigate future challenges confidently, and building a resilient foundation for individual well-being, healthy relationships, and a supportive family environment.

What is a SuperBill
A superbill is a detailed receipt that a client can submit to their insurance company for possible Out-Of-Network reimbursement. While Mental Wealth Therapy p.c. is a private-pay provider and does not bill insurance directly, many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for mental health services received outside of their network.
After each session (or monthly, if preferred), The attending therapist can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Reimbursement amounts vary depending on your specific plan, deductible, and out-of-network benefits.
